No returns are accepted. Once an order is marked ‘Shipped’, buyers cannot cancel their order. ARTSATA ships all packages through USPS, and is not responsible for any lost mail. Cupsleeve orders are shipped via stamped envelopes. ARTSATA is not responsible for USPS undelivered packages. If a buyer enters the wrong address while placing an order and the package gets shipped to that address, ARTSATA is not responsible for providing a replacement to a new address. A buyer’s information will solely be used in order to fulfill orders.
