Do you give refunds or exchange a product? - Refunds and exchanges are not available in our shop, but feel free to contact us if there is a problem with you order, we will check what we can do. We ship World Wide, to every country except Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe on some items (contact us to know if we can ship the item to you if you are based on any of these countries). Due to COVID-19 shipping time can have a delay of about two months. If your order hasn't arrived by then, feel free to message us.
